Online Pali course

The Oxford Centre for Buddhist Studies is offering a Pali Online School beginning on 22nd March, and ending on 9th April.
The course assumes no prior knowledge of Pali: go from absolute beginner to reading Pali Suttas in 3 weeks. All instruction is 100% live and conducted by Professor Richard Gombrich, together with Teaching Assistant(s).
The cost of the course is £500, required during signup. For further details and bookings see: ocbs.org/courses/pali-online-school/
Course Dates and Times: Mar 22 – Apr 9, 2016
Hong Kong time: Mon-Sat 17:00-21:30 (HKT)
London time: Mon-Sat 9:00-13:30 (BST)
Pacific time: Mon-Sat 1:00-5:30am (PDT)

This session is Asia time zone friendly, but anybody in the world is welcome to attend. If your time zone is not listed there are many good online tools to convert, we have found this one to be useful. Please be mindful of daylight savings time. Potential students should expect to devote an additional 1-3 hours to homework and revision every day outside of class time depending on how much experience with foreign languages and grammar they have.
